WILMINGTON — Leslie Crews Danilowicz, 72, handed away Thursday, Could 13, 2021.
She was preceded in loss of life by her husband of 30 years, Edward Joseph Danilowicz.
She is survived by her son, Alex; sisters, Phyllis Vaughan and Marsha Kocab; brother, James Crews Jr.; and nieces and nephew, Maggie, Katie, Natalie, Jessika and Michael.
Leslie was born on Dec. 27, 1948, in Wilmington to the late Dr. James Marshall and Margaret Waterproof coat Crews. She graduated from New Hanover Excessive College and earned her B.A. Diploma in Training at UNCG. She went on to show language arts earlier than incomes her Grasp’s Diploma in Library Science from UNCG and ECU. She labored because the librarian at Sundown Park Center College, shifting to Myrtle Grove Center, the place she labored till her retirement. She was devoted to her love of studying and literature and to her college students, a lot of whom discovered the library to be a refuge throughout the faculty day.
