Congregation Beth Or, 239 Welsh Road, Maple Glen: Last Day of Passover Service, Yizkor & Dedication of Memorial Plaques, Saturday, April 3 at 11 a.m. This service will be led by Rabbi Marx & Cantor Green & will be live streamed from the Gitlin Sanctuary. Central Schwenkfelder Church, 2111 S. Valley Forge Road, Worcester, welcomes all to worship. Easter Sunday, April 4, will include an Easter Dawn service at 7:30 a.m., outside in front of the church. (weather permitting) This will include special music and will be led by Pastor Williams. The 9 a.m. Traditional service includes special Easter music performed by the brass ensemble, Karen Dix on piano and Paige Cipolone on organ. Pastor McKinley will be preaching. The 10:45 a.m. Contemporary Worship Service will feature contemporary praise music. This service will be led by Rev. Julian Scavetti. St. John’s United Church of Christ, 500 W. Main St., Lansdale. In addition to having a recorded Easter service that may be accessed on YouTube and St. John’s public Facebook page on Easter Sunday at 10:15, in person worship will be held at Whites Road Park at 7 a.m. Attendees will gather on the hill by the band shell, breakfast will not be served and in place of an Easter egg hunt for the children there will be a special Easter treat to take home following the service. The Church of the Holy Spirit (Episcopal), 2871 Barndt Road, Upper Salford, continues to live-stream the 10:15 a.m. Communion services on Sundays on their Facebook page — Church of the Holy Spirit, Harleysville.  Weather permitting, an outside service of the Great Vigil of Easter with lighting of the pascal fire will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, 211 S. Main St. North Wales, celebrates the Easter Sunday with a Zoom worship service at 9:30 a.m. by invitation. All are welcome to join us via Zoom. Drop off non-perishable food and household (laundry and hand soap, cleaning supplies and paper products) items in the designated pick up in our parking lot. Food pantry donation drive

Gwynedd Square Presbyterian Church is holding a donation drive to benefit Martha’s Choice Marketplace, a food pantry located in Norristown. The organization typically serves approximately 1,000 families and 3,500 individuals each month. That number has doubled at times during the past year. Loss of jobs and income due to the pandemic has greatly affected many families. Clients must live in Montgomery County and qualify for the federally funded emergency assistance program. The items needed are size 5 and size 6 disposable baby diapers, baby wipes, paper towels, toilet paper and personal hygiene items. All amounts are acceptable, including warehouse-sized packages. Items should be dropped off at Gwynedd Square Presbyterian Church, 837 Sumneytown Pike, Lansdale on Friday, April 9, from 4-7 p.m. and Saturday, April 10, from 9 a.m. to noon.
